Sarcoptic mange on me???

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Boyfriend and I adopted mini pig who was later diagnosed with sarcoptic mange. We began feeling very itchy and noticed red bumps in the same place we were scratching. The pig passed away from unrelated causes a week after he started treatment. It’s been 3 days and we are still, if not more so very very itchy. Please help what can we do besides clean our environment?
