I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary TB in June 2016 (lymph nodes). did A T treatment for six months and condition improved in first 3 months. However in December the cough got worse again. In January, doctors deduced Sarcodiosis. I was put on prednisone. I have been doing well from that time. The dosage of prednisone has gradually reduced from 30 mg-> 5 mg per day and now 5 mg alternate. However now I am experiencing breathlessness and mild cough. CT scans show lymph nodes reduced.
