Yes ,you can saraswataristam for anxiety and depression. There is no expiry for that, infact older is better. But if any hyperacidity problem or you are of pittaj prakriti then it may cause harm. You may take other good Ayurvedic preparations for anxiety and depression.

No expiry for Arishta preparations... It has an unwanted effect if taken indiscriminately... it depends on your causes in your food sleep activity faults.. Good to find the causes in life rather than depending on medicines of any system

Saraswatharishtam is a very good choice. The expiry will be printed on the medicine u purchase. But actually in case of arishtam - the older , the better. No side effects of saraswatharishtam has been recorded. But you have to be careful with the dose. You better consult a Ayurvedic physician Even online consultation is ok. Find out the ideal dose of saraswatharishtam for you ( it is different for different people). And then start the medicines
