Sandpaper rash and temp

My 18month baby started a rash on Thu evening around his mouth. Fri 4am high temperature. Since then the eczema..sandpaper like rash is everywhere and temperature on and off throughout the day

If child is eating and playing,give just paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. For rash,try syp atarax 2.5 ml twice a day for 3 days. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
