Salivary stone
I am having stone in salivary glands...what to do Now....should it be removed with surgery or it will come out through medicine

It depends on the size of the stone. If 5mm we can remove it by endoscopy alone without removing the gland. At our center even if it is more than 5 mm we use Holmium laser to breakdown the stone and remove the stone and we save the gland. It is called Sialendoscopy . We do it at our centre.
