Saheli contraceptive
I will be living in the same place as my boyfriends from end of July and see each other everyday. I wanted to start saheli after this months period but couldnt. Can I start now and still be protected ? Or do I have to take mala D? When can i only rely on saheli since mala D gives me headache and i gain weight?

Saheli you can start but from first day of period and initially fixed and twice in a week for 3 months.then once in a week till date you want . Like oral contraceptive pill it will work as contraceptiin and spacing of birth.
