I have lost 30 kgs of weight by making certain changes to lifestyle and food habits , I weight 55 kgs now. After weight loss my upper thigh and upper arms skin has started sagging and has become quite loose. I am trying Jergens skin tightening and toning moisturizer but it doesn't seem to be of great help. Would can I regain back the skin elasticity ?

Thanks for the query. Besides a good diet and exercise regime for skin tightening you can opt for certain procedure for skin tightening after understanding the merits and demerits of each and the cost involved. Have a discussion with the clinic/ hospital offering such services. Hope it helps you.
