Sagging left testicle

I'm suffering from bilateral grade 1 varicocele.my left testicle lying down or hanging very lower or heavy sagging than my right.i consulted urologist he adviced hetrazan and health okay tab but these are not curing my problem.my left testicle paining and very discomfort.shall i need surgery.which type of surgery best ,less complications

Hi.... Varicocele treatment may not be necessary. However, if your varicocele causes pain, testicular atrophy or infertility.... The purpose of surgery is to seal off the affected vein to redirect the blood flow into normal veins..... Advances in varicocele repair have led to a reduction of post-surgical complications.... Consult your urologist for further advice.....
