I'm suffering from bilateral grade 1 varicocele.my left testicle lying down or hanging very lower or heavy sagging than my right.i consulted urologist he adviced hetrazan and health okay tab but these are not curing my problem.my left testicle paining and very discomfort.shall i need surgery.which type of surgery best ,less complications
