Sagging breast post pregnancy
Hi. I delivered a baby boy and he is 4months old. I am a breast feeding mom. My breasts are getting sagged. How can I prevent it? Can that be lifted back to its normal after i stop feeding?

Inner wear is more important and also u should feed in both breast in one session...It will become normal within few months

Please Do some chest exercises daily Do shoulder exercises daily Wear appropriate sized inner wear After few months... It will be normal
