Safi is good or not
Safi blood purifier is okay to drink or not? Actually I used safi for last 2 months for blood purification and acne and I didn't see any side effects of it. But someone told me that it is not good to drink, it has side effects while others are telling it doesn't have any side effects. So I'm confused now and want to take doctor's advice on this. Please tell is it okay to drink it for blood purification and acne or it has some cons and I should avoid it.

It is useless. Acne has nothing to do with blood impurity. Acne can be treated easily with facewash, tablets and creams. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. Please send your photos through private chat option for details prescription and diet advice. ,

I personally wouldn't recommend the medicine as various studies report against it's use as it contains arsenic and other heavy metals as per a study Health Canada. Pimples occur due to hormonal imbalance and not due to "blood impurities". These following steps will help with your acne: - Avoid greasy, oily, deep fried, junk food items, also avoid alot of sweets and items such as ghee. Have a low glycemic load diet. - Wash your face regularly with a Ph balanced face wash - Wipe your face with a clean cloth when oil accumulates. - Avoid touching your face regularly. Wash your hands properly before touching the face. - Take a zinc supplementation tablet which has shown to help with acne - Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids which are present in fish has shown to help - Reduce stress(yoga, meditate, tai chi) - Exercise regularly and maintain a good weight as per your BMI If the condition persists or worsens, visit a dermatologist.
