Consuming Hamdard Safi
I have pimples on my face and body. My parents suggested me Hamdard Safi. I have been consuming Safi for last 2 weeks and it really worked to reduce my pimples.
I just want to know whether consuming Safi is safe or not. Because I heard from many people and few doctors that Safi contains high amount of arsenic which is harmful to human body parts specially kidneys. Please clarify it.

Greetings. I suggest you see a qualified dermatologist near you and get evaluated for acne and be treated accordingly. Better avoid taking over the counter medication for acne without proper medical advice. You'll need topical retinoid creams for acne which work well.
