Safe pregnancy or not

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have used regestrone tablets twice a day for 1 week to stop my periods for my Brother's Wedding..I dint get my periods after stopped using the medicine also,i waited for 10 days and consulted a doctor and i came 2 know that am pregnant. Is this is a safe pregnancy or not, please clarify my doubt.
