Well, it depends on your experience of the 6th week vaccination...
There are two options here-
1) The Acellular Pertusis VACCINE commonly known as Painless VACCINE which is less painful .
2) The whole cell Pertusis VACCINE which is painful and usually causes fever.
You can choose either one...You can stick to your choice at 6th week vaccine if it was a comfortable experience
