Runny or stuffy nose( once a week)
It often happens to me I get up in morning once or twice a week with runny or stuffy nose and slowly my morning starts with sneezing and watery eyes. It trouble me till afternoon and everything settles down post 5-6 hours.sometimes during this period I get cough also. Please suggest me on this .

There is nothing wrong with you.Its normal physiology.Sleep in time ,keep water hydration of 3-4L per days. Maintain good standard of hygiene is your bedroom.Change your pillow cover and bedsheets every alternate days.Do not directly sleep under AC/Cooler/Fan. Early morning when you get up gargle with luke warm water and take 1 glass of luke warm water. Cough is normal reflex of our body.An avg person cough 10-12 times in a day.
