Hello there. 

I can understand your concern.  These symptoms are suggestive of a viral upper respiratory tract infection. 
You should drink plenty of fluids and take paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food.
Take steam inhalations and you can use betadine throat gargles to do gargles as advised on the package.

Hello There,
This may be due to Respiratory Track Infection.
1) Do Three times gargling by this solution:-  One Glass water + salt 2tst + Turmeric powder 1 tsf = Boil for 5 minute.
2) Avoid -cold -Fried -Oily -heavy food.
3) Take these medicines course for five days:-
a) Tablet Zyrcold Twice daily
b) Tablet Calpol three times a day
C) Tablet Zifi 200mg three times a day
d) Syrup Ascoril 10 - 10ml three times a day.
