Runny nose
Hi, I'm currently travelling and have caught a cold with a runny nose and a dry cough. The temperature outside is around 45 and I constantly switch from outdoors to an air conditioned indoor environment. Also there is a small sandstorm in this area. My body temperature seems normal and I don't seem to have a fever. Are there any over the counter medicines that I can take for this?

You can take cetrizine tablets to control the running nose and consult with a doctor as soon as you can.
