  4. Runny nose and sneezing. Meals as well.

Runny nose and sneezing
Sneezing and runny nose for 2-3hrs after waking up in the morning. Persistent for 5-6yrs now. Off late has increased and happens after meals as well.

Could be perennial allergic rhinitis with vasomotor rhinitis. Consult a good allergist near you to help you manage this condition
