Running nose, wet cough & wheez

Asked for Male, 13 Years

It's been 3days he is having the issue. I am giving him Maxtra syrup. Could you please advise with a cough syrup? He gets wheezing when he has this issue (generally during change in weather/ dust). I am giving him Piriton syrup 2times from last 2days (as previously advised by his paediatrician). Appreciate your advice. Thank you.
