Running Nose
It's been almost 10 days, I am suffering from running nose. Not too much, but still it's not reducing. Apart from running nose no other health issues. Can you suggest best way to reduce running nose soon.

Have you taken any medications for the same? You probably have allergic rhinitis. Start Flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily for 10 days then reduce to once a day for next 10 days. ( spray should be taken with your head leaning forward) Along with this start tab Montek Fx once a day at night for 5 days.
Next Steps
Also do breathing exercises to maintain a good nasal hygiene.
