Running nose & sneezing
My husband has been sneezing & having a running nose since two days. He took anti-allergic tablet and now his mucous has settled in his chest region. Please suggest a remedy. We don't want to go for antibiotics

Hello. Does ur husband have cough with sputum? If no then it must probably be a case of allergy due to pollution mostly.
I would suggest u to use decongestants like otrivin for relief. When in home u can use hot water vapor with added Vicks which can relieve ur husband significantly. Other common methods would be to wear masks in traffic, aviod smoking , prefer car than bikes, avoiding dust, regular Yoga or breathing exercises etc
If he has sputum then it might be a case of infection . in such case it will necessary to use antibiotics.
