Running for high bp
My bp is 150/100. I started running in the morning and drinking 12 glass of water. My question are as fallow. 1. Is running good for high bp. 2. How to low my bp without any medicine 3. Right now I m taking medicine olmin (olmesarian medoxoml tablet 10 mg) 4. My bp has been increased after smoking first time only 2 pub of weed I will be very thankful if any one give answer to my question

Hello there..... High blood pressure can often be prevented or reduced by eating healthily, maintaining a healthy weight, taking regular exercise, not drinking alcohol in moderation and not smoking..... Salt raises your blood pressure. The more salt you eat, the higher your blood pressure. Aim to eat less than 6g of salt a day, which is about a teaspoonful.....
