I appreciate that you are taking care of your mental Health and approaching guidance from professionals.As per study has found the average person has more than 6000 thoughts every day. It was found that the average person has  those thousands of thoughts, 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. However it's would more clear if you had shared in little more detail and cause of those thought which are making you feel stuck.
