Rubella IgG is 44 and IgM is 14
I am Pregnant with IgG is 44 and IgM is 14. It seems IgG is positive, is there any risk to new born ?

Did you have fever with rash during this pregnancy? IgG positive is most likely a sign of old infection which is already cleared from the body. A negative IgM supports that. The only caveat is a recently cured disease. The difference can be made by doing “Rubella IgG avidity” rest. I don’t recommend this test if there is no history of fever during pregnancy or just before pregnancy.
