My daughter age is 18 years & recently diagonose Rubella IgG postive with range 355.8 where as her Rubella IgM report is negative .Please advise for her treatment/ vacination urgently please.

IgG level indicates past infections and has NO medical significance.
IgM reflects current infection and treatment is needed ONLY if this is positive.
But in girls,it's mandatory for rubella vaccine to be given,at 9 months,15 months,and repeated at 5 years of age.
If not given,give MR or plain rubella vaccine now.
