Rt pcr for hiv (quantitative)
I had exposure of hiv 5 years back for which i underwent 3 tests (ist at ictc ,2nd antigen antibody(CLIA)and 3rd tridot) after 5 years of exposure all were negative.Then i took rt pcr quantitative test which resulted in inhibition detected(but Quantitative tests tells us about viral load(if positive) or target not detected if negative).What is the meaning of inhibition ? Please help me...
