Asked for Female, 29 Years

I took abortion tablet on Nov 9th.. today in scan "Endometrial echo is thick and non homogeneous with increased vascular measuring 12mm in thickness" found... I have heavy bleeding this month and now it's stopped.. shall I go for tablet to clear that RPOC?
