Roughness on eyelids and irritation

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am facing dryness and skin patching on my eyelids and around eye. It is happening first time. I am applying coconut oil on it, please advise what more I can do about it? I have been suggested by some to use ice pad, is it really helpful?
