Rough patch buccal mucosa!
I feel roughness when i linger my tongue over there, why is it happening? If you zoom in very very faint res cracks also visible, it feels like i am moving my tongue over tiny tiny dots or say over a crack..
Please help me.
This is in right cheek. Left also has some area like that..
