Rough patch and redness
2-3 weeks back i found a dark patch in my right B.M, i checked it by oral surgeon, he said its hyperpigmentation nothing to worry. Before meeting him, i applied kenacort for 2 weeks and the spot significantly reduced, though it has not gone completely. So m relieved about that. Other thing is around that spot or beside that, redness is coming, the area where redness is there it feels sour to lick and feels rough, roughness is there in right B.M too but its not sour and no redness is there. Right now, I am using betadine gargle since today morning as well as dologel ct. Points to be added: 1. I don't smoke, drink or use tobacco 2. In that right side upper wisdom tooth is there which the surgeon said should be extracted as its giving frictional keratosis. 3. I have swelled up nerve from beside my lips to lower mandible body, i can feel it, i am sure its not thick mass, coz it pulsates. Please help me why this is happening.. i afraid of cancer.. First image is of yesterday vs today.

Your upper right last two teeth seems infected. Applying kenacort won't help... It may reduce the manifestations for the time being but that is not the permanent solution. Visit your dentist and get a xray of those teeth done. That will reveal the exact situation. The occlusal picture is not there. Still Second last teeth is also carious but the extent can not be judged from this picture.
Next Steps
Use warm saline mouth rinse for the time being. Don't panic.. it's definitely not cancer. Visit your dentist as and when possible.
