Rotator Cuff Injury
Rotator Cuff Injury occured while throwing tennis cricket ball. I feel pain when do spin bowling but normally on day to day basis I don't feel much pain. I had recently consulted an Orthopedist who said its a minor back shoulder muscle injury which will be cured by taking rest. This injury had occured two months ago and then I took a small rest of 3 weeks along with coupe of exercises like door exercise and wall-tennis ball exercise and stretching, I felt recovered but again when I started bowling the same thing happened again. Now the doctor has prescribed me with Rx. Tab Gym for 3 weeks and Rx. Tab Santok 4G for 10 days and advised to take rest for next 3 weeks. Please advise if anything else is missing.
