Rolled ankle 12/10/17
I saw a doctor on 13/10/17 he requested an ultrasound, and after was told my right atfl had only been stretched. I'm not convinced. I have previously rolled the same ankle in the same way at least twice before, this time there was a snap and the pain was much worse. Now, over 24hrs after the roll, my foot is numb/tingling and my ankle is more swollen than I've seen it before.

Get a second opinion. Maybe even an X-ray. Swelling is common in foot and ankle injuries. Better get examined by a qualified Orthopedic surgeon.
