There is very less or even no role of colonoscopy in appendicitis . Appendicitis can be clinically Diagnosed,
Usg and ct are just to confirm and rule out other pain pathology in abdomen mimicking appendicitis like right ureteric calculi

Colonoscopy is not routinely done in appendicitis. Colonoscopy is done if patient have atypical presentation and the diagnostic imaging ( USG / CT ) is inconclusive.
