Continue physiotherapy. The pain will gradually come down in 10-15 days. Be in touch with an orthopaedic doctor nearby. Avoid position of leg in which the hip can get dislocated again. Long term follow up is needed to see whether you are getting any arthritis or avascular necrosis.
