Risks of post LASIK complications
I have high lense power (-7,-1,5 .. -7,-1,175 dioptre) and thin cornea (538 and 535). And I am into martial arts and weight lifting and use screens (laptop, mobile) for upto 15 hours a day. What are chances of me having post surgery complications, corneal detachment, getting some lense power back etc. There are a few variations of surgery, which one would be most suitable for me. If I get some power back after surgery will it be possible for me to go under a secondary corrective surgery? Also to what extent will it effect outdoor and adventure activities? skydiving, swimming etc.

Sir you can opt for any Refractive Surgeries options like LASIK, SMILE, PRK etc. Meet any Refractive Surgeon nearby to know for the best option you fit in after looking at the Corneal Topography and Pachymetry. There will be certain restrictions and treatment to be followed strictly for around 1 month. After few years of the Refractive Surgery a fine power can come back what we call Regression of power for which if your Refractive Surgeon suggests then can go for repeat Refractive Surgery. It won't cause any problems with your adventurous activities but of course you will have to wait for a complete healing after surgery mostly for around 3-6 months.
