Risk of stretching your thryroid gland
Hii doctor, as you know the thyroid gland is supplied by branches of carotid artery and other blood vessels. So, can moving/lowering your thryroid down (along with Adam's apple) to the full range or too much, tear or damage those arteries (like carotid artery)? Sorry for the stupid question. I hope you will make it clear. Thanks!

Movement of Adam 's apple doesn't cause tear to the thyroid vessels.
