Skinny gland/mass in anus
I had fissure 1 month ago since then I feel skinny gland/mass during wiping after bowel movement. I had checkup 2 weeks ago and surgeon checked my rectum with finger but surgeon didn't say anything about this. I apply creams in anal but I don't feel it, it only feel during bowel wiping, sometimes very small and soft and sometimes a little harder.

Its just a sentinel tag that s seen when u have chronic fissure in ano...tats normal and u neednt worry much...But if u feel t harder and painful it could be external haemorrhoids...so u neednt worry much abt sentinel tag..

It might be a small skin tag called sentinel pile with fissure in Ano
