Risk of hiv and other std

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I last month on 26th I had sex with prostitute which was protected sex . Two weeks later had diarrhea and fever so I consulted doctor who asked me to take a blood test . I had given my blood samples for HIV 1 &2 duo combo test . Hiv 1 &2 antibody Elisa test was non reactive (0.07) and HIV p24 antigen screening and immuno concentration method was also negative . I tested my blood for hiv roughly about 4 weeks later . Can I conclude the results now or should I take blood test again for HIV and any other STD .
