Ringworms in genital area
I noticed ringworms in my inner thighs and vagina a month back and saw a dermatologist for the same. I was put on oral medicines Tracogold and Dezlorid two time a day for 4 and 3 weeks respectively along with ointment Sertaspor. It worked. This is my third week of medication and I noticed a ringworm in my inner thigh though not itchy or red.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Tracogold does not work in some cases, so you may be having relapse. Please call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household.
