Ringworm infection recurring

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have ringworm infection under breasts, under belly waist area and vaginal area I had been suggested to take Itraboost 200mg Levorich m tab Deslorab 5mg Amorex cream Conozol soap When I take these medicines it goes away but after few days the itching starts again Can you please suggest which medication should I take
