  4. Ringworm infection in 14 month old.

Ringworm infection in 14 month old
My daughter recently developed a single circular red rash with raised edges very similar to ringworm infection. Her pediatrician suggested using Atogla cream (Tedibar) and stopping oil massage (coconut oil)but that isn't helping. Could you recommend any cream that might help?

Cotrimoxazole ointment was can used locally and for bathing use Ketoconazole soap until the rash disappears.

Apply clotrimazole 1% cream thrice daily for 2 weeks
