Ringing sensation in right ear - 5 days

I have been experiencing constant ringing sensation in my right ear since last 1 month,which started suddenly one day wen I got up from bed.(very next after I started going to gym)..I have h/o recurrent sinusitis,DNS&recurrent ear infections since past 3yrs.I consulted a ent specialist n a array of tests including audiogram, tympanomentry & tinnitus matching was done..They suggested intra tympanic dexa(took 3 doses). It reduced by 30-40% post inj. Since 5 days m experiencing increase in symptom

Since you have already undergone all the tests and appropriate treatment required for acute tinnitus it is likely that cause for your tinnitus is sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Many times treatment of tinnitus is difficult and none of the treatment may work. You have to wait for few more months and then you can try tinnitus retraining therapy
