I have ringing in ear since last 15 days. I took med tab cognix plus and tab.relent But problem not solved.

Not sure why ur taking cognix plus? Have u consulted a doctor? What’s the cause ? How did this start? Is it continuous or sometimes? Do u only hear or others can too?
