Itching,and oozing thereafter on both ankels/ legs ,lower limbs,red /black spots,scalping, redness on skin. Since 3 months. Various ointment, o2, catreimezol ,lzhh cream applied under general practitioner. More at night time. Not much relief. Please advise

This seems to be eczema. This can be treated. Doesn't seem to be ringworm from the description. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
