Ring and rashes in legs

I am getting ring type and rashes in my leg to pelvis joint..and i apply some medicine but it is itching there and it is increasing day by day.

Hi,it looks like infection. some viral fevers and bacterial fevers causes rashes before appearance of fever. Go for cbc ,urine routine once. If itching is there you can take antihistaminics. Don't scratch if it itches. You need to undergo complete evaluation consult general physician and dermatologist for furthur evaluation and treatment.
