Right upper abdominal pain
Hi. I am having pain in my right upper abdominal Pain and right shoulder paining sometimes. For the last few months. I took liver function test and hepatitis B test. In my test results few values got high. Attached the report. Recently I stopped drinking alcohol and started to hit the gym also running. Do I need to take any other test? Related to hepatitis? I took ultrasound scan on Feb 2017. Doctor told me I have fatty liver grade 2. And all the time I am releasing gas also. Please suggest me

HELLO, AS YOU ARE ALCOHOLIC IN RECENT PAST SOME VALUE ARE DERANGED DUE TO FATTY LIVER. PAIN IN UPPER ABDOMEN IS THE RESULT OF FATTY LIVER. LEAST AMOUNT OF OIL, N GHEE TO BE CONSUMED IN COOKING. NO GHEE ON CHAPATI. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC TO BE CONSUMED IN ANY FORM. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. LIGHT DIET. TABLET LIV 52. ONE PER DAY AT NIGHT FOR LONG-TERM. SYR. STIMULIVE TWO TEASPOON FUL AFTER DINNER AT NIGHT. BOTH ARE LIVER TONIC. NOTHING ELSE. TYPE OF HEPATITIS REPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE,   BLOOD TEST FOR HEPATITIS A, B, C. CONSULT A GASTROENTEROLOGIST AS COMPLETE HISTORY N EXAMINATION IS NEEDED. O.K BYE.

As you were an alcoholic and quit recently, advise you to avoid it for life. Your ALT and AST levels are a little bit high. Start Liv.52 and Stimulive syrup.
