Right thigh numbness, back pain nd other

Hello Sir's, I am currently getting diagnosed for kidney stone and UTI infection and in mean Time I have started feeling numbness in my right upper thigh and burning sensation sometimes. I am also feeling severe pain in my back and my shoulder, upper neck and left arm and mild pain in heart area. It gets worse when I lay down to sleep. I wasn't sure if this is due to acidity as I am on medication.Though for a precaution i got my ECG and my lumbar x Ray done and my ECG resulted normal. However my x Ray it says that  lumber lordosis noted and end plate sclerosis noted. Looks like Health is going for toss i am really worried and confused to whom to consult as I already have a Kidney Stone problem and UTI infection on medication and knowing all this make me no feel good. Please advice if this is a serious problem
