Right testicular Pain
I've been having a severe pain on my right testicle and lower abdomen for the last two hours and this is the first time I'm experiencing such a pain

Such severe pain can be due to testicular infection or torsion of testis.... Among these torsion of testis is an emergency and needs to be addressed as early as possible..
Get an USG scrotum with Doppler done
And Urine routine and microscopy test..
Use Scrotal support and take T. Emanzin D twice a day till you get your USG done..
Get back to me with USG report for treatment
