Right testicle swollen
Hi, Since last 3 days, i have observed my right testicle is a little bit swollen. I dont have any pain, just a minor discomfort due to the swelling. Is this problem serious or can i wait for some time before consulting a doctor? Can you please advise what medicine can i take to get temporary relief because i cant visit doctor right now since i am out of my city for work? Thanks

It may be due to mild infection of testis for which you can take an antibiotic and painkiller. Tab. OFLOX 200 mg twice daily for 5 days. Tab. HIFENAC- P twice daily for 5 days.
Next Steps
Get an ultrasound scan at earliest if  swelling persists.
