Right testicle light pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir, I am sport man as jumping running etc. I have right testicle size increase without no pain no fever no cough but sometimes light pain occurring I had done urine test and blood test but no issue find out so pls tells me that what is problem of size increase .
