I am a 64 years old male found a tender hard right supraclavicular mass for 3 months it measured 2*3 cm on CT scan and ultrasound was suggestive of a solid 2 cm neoplast of neurogenic origin, I went on surgery with general anesethia for full mass removal yesterday however the surgeon was not able to remove it and he said that it extends behind clavicle and maniburm adjacent to both veins and arteries. I am clueless and wotried waiting for biopsy results, the surgeon also is confused. Please help
